The Wednesday Waggle
For opportunities in Computing and AI
The Wednesday Waggle is an email newsletter published every Wednesday during term time summarising jobs and other opportunities in Computing and AI for:
- all undergraduate students (Bachelors) in Computer Science at the University of Manchester, circa 1000+ in total
- all postgraduate taught (Masters) students in Computer Science at the University of Manchester, circa 240+ in total
The Waggle also gets published during non-teaching periods, although less frequently. Search your email inbox for Waggle. The newsletter is edited by Duncan Hull, if there is a career related event or a job opportunity you’d like to tell other students about via the next Waggle, tell us about it and we’ll pass it on bit.ly/waggle-it.1

The Wednesday What?
The Wednesday What? The Wednesday Waggle. Bees have been a Mancunian icon since the industrial revolution, symbolising community (the hive) and industry (work ethic). Just like the waggle dance of bees tells the hive mind where the nectar, pollen and other resources are located, this newsletter aims to help students like you find promising opportunities for investigation. 🐝
